Create Your Collage: Pondering the Sublime

Led by artist Raya Kassissieh, whose sculptural work is featured in this year’s Biennale, this session invites young participants to create abstract collages inspired by powerful memories of nature, whether moments of beauty, calm, fear, or awe. 

Using recycled paper, cardboard, and textured materials gathered from old publications, they’ll reflect on feelings tied to landscapes, weather, plants, or places that have stayed with them. Through cutting, assembling, and layering, they’ll turn these memories into visual stories, small works of art that transform emotion into form.
