Building on this context, the workshop transitions into a hands-on culinary experience led by Dara’s Ice Cream, known for pioneering honeycomb as a flavor and topping in the region. Participants will be guided through the process of making honeycomb and ice cream from scratch. Throughout the session, they will explore how honey transforms in texture and complexity through chemical reactions, showcasing its richness as both a cultural and scientific ingredient.
