This hands-on culinary workshop celebrates the rich, layered flavor of cardamom, an essential spice in Middle Eastern desserts known for its floral and citrusy notes. Led by Dara’s Ice Cream, this session will guide participants through making their own ice cream from scratch.
Participants will learn how cardamom can transform a simple dessert into a complex, aromatic experience. The session also includes creating complementary toppings, such as caramelized pistachios and a drizzle of date syrup, highlighting the textures and flavors that define Middle Eastern sweets. Together, these elements form a naturally sweet, texturally rich dessert, creamy, crunchy, and chewy without the need for artificial ingredients.
