Making AlBukayla: The Summer Triangle and Assyrian Protection in Northern Arabia

About the event

In this workshop, contemporary artist Reem Al-Nasser presents her research on ancient Assyrian protection strategies through food in northern Saudi Arabia, inspired by astronomy, specifically the Summer Triangle, a star formation that reveals the navigational practices of ancient civilizations.
