About the event
This workshop reimagines the universal language of culinary gatherings around Iftar, as a bridge between Middle Eastern and Southeast Asian cultures. Complemented by a homemade peanut sauce, Green Oolong tea, and Medjool dates. The workshop, held during Ramadan, celebrates mindful eating and cultural exchange.
Requirements:
Participants are invited to bring fresh vegetables from their childhood's favorite dishes to be sliced and shared among the group.

Participants will learn how to make Vietnamese spring rolls, using rice paper and a variety of ingredients, while connecting through storytelling and cultural exchange.
