About the event
In this interactive activity, participants will embark on a nostalgic journey through five iconic Saudi desserts from the 1980s: Tattli (custard), Reda Al Waledayen (flan with cardamom and saffron), Almasiyah (agar), Jubniyah (sweet cheese fritters), and Turumba (fried sweet dough with sugar syrup). Through demonstrations, guided tastings, and storytelling, participants will discover both traditional preparation methods and modern reinterpretations, reimagining how these beloved treats can evolve.
