This workshop aims to engage with curatorial practice, anthropological research inquiry, and the intersection between the two through the medium of "sufra preparation." Participants will explore concepts, context, and narratives, collectively curating a 'Sufra' by transforming our research questions into recipes.

What will you learn?
Participants will gain insight into anthropological tools of thinking and doing, curatorially. The workshop will conclude with a collaborative table-setting as a form of both artistic and research-based expression.
