We warmly welcome your visit. Please review the following Visitor Guidelines prior to your visit:
- Food and drinks are not allowed inside the galleries.
- Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
- The art is here for you to study, admire, and explore. Please do not touch the artwork, frames, platforms, labels, display cases, or anything used to protect the art.
- Please refrain from any conduct that poses any risk to other visitors and Islamic Arts Biennale staff, to the galleries collections and facilities or its hygiene.
- Please be mindful of other visitors and speak in a low voice, whether in person or using a cell phone.
- Please do not run or excessively move around inside the exhibition.
- Please dress modestly respecting the customs and traditions of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
- No littering, vandalism, bonfires, scribbling and spraying on public artworks or sites.
- Our public artworks are under surveillance. Offenders will be prosecuted and fined.
- Please use designated routes, entrances and car parks.
- No motor vehicles allowed past designated car park points.
- Islamic Arts Biennale management is allowed to regulate the number of visitors in the gallery spaces.
- What is not allowed
- Use of flash is not allowed
- Selfie sticks, tripods, monopods, drones, and professional video equipment are not allowed
- Filming and live-streaming, whether for personal or commercial purposes, are not permitted without written permission from Diriyah Biennale Foundation is not allowed
- Photographing other visitors or the Biennale staff is not allowed
- Weapons of any kind including sharp objects
- Bags larger than 35cm x 36cm x 15cm
- Bats and clubs
- Aerosol cans
- Illegal drugs
- Fireworks
- Drones
- Artificial noisemakers
- Projectiles

Audio guides for Enriched Experience
Enhance your exhibition visit with our audio guide service, providing insightful additional information about our exhibits. Immerse yourself in the rich stories and in-depth explanations behind each artwork as you explore our collections.
Our audio guides are available in 2 languages: Arabic and English
- Pick up your audio guide device at the reception at a nominal refundable deposit fee. Please kindly notice that for the deposit we accept cash only.
- You can also scan the QR code located in the galleries and access the audio guide feature directly on your smartphone.
Islamic Arts Biennale offers visitors a free, supervised cloakroom where you can leave your bag or luggage safely. It is located on the left side of the main entrance at the main Reception area.
For visitors with mobility problems Biennale offers free wheelchair hire from the reception desk (subject to availability).
Visit our Lost and Found desk located at the main Reception area to report any lost or found item.
