About the event
This workshop introduces participants to blackout writing, a creative technique where selected words are kept and others blacked out from a printed text to form new phrases, poems, or narratives. Using the classic Islamic novel "Hayy ibn Yaqzan" by Ibn Tufail, participants will reflect on the original work while crafting their own interpretations. The session concludes with a group reading.
