In this workshop, participants will learn the timeless craft of stone carving using power tools to transform a raw piece of natural stone into a sculpted bowl.
Over two days, they will, practice essential carving techniques, and transform raw material into functional and decorative bowl forms. The session includes demonstrations, guided sculpting, and step-by-step refinement, from rough shaping to smoothing, sanding, and final polishing, offering a full introduction to stonework focused on form, space, and material expression.

Participants will learn basic and intermediate hand-carving techniques through step-by-step guidance on shaping and hollowing out a stone bowl.
Requirement:
For safety, kindly avoid wearing loose clothing, including long sleeves or draped scarves.
