Kaynona is a social enterprise dedicated to designing and implementing developmental and educational programs aimed at building and empowering young women. The organization’s foundational principle, "Being for the building of humanity," underscores the centrality of the human being in all its endeavors. Kaynona’s work is rooted in an in-depth examination of the most impactful global practices, which are then carefully adapted to align with local realities. Through specialized programs, the organization seeks to empower youth by fostering self-discovery, nurturing ideas, developing skills, and unlocking potential. Tailored programs are designed for specific age groups, particularly those aged 15 and above, reflecting a deep recognition of the critical importance of this demographic. 

Dr. Linda is a motivational speaker, leadership facilitator, educator, strategic narrative coach, journalist, writer, and entrepreneur. She has designed and led hundreds of workshops and conference presentations across Lebanon, KSA, and the Gulf. With an Doctor of Education from the University of Sheffield, her professional mission is to “empower individuals to find and use their voices so they may inspire action.” 

Dr. Alaa Naseif is an expert in social and cultural development with a focus on education. She collaborates with NGOs and think tanks in Saudi Arabia to foster a knowledge economy and drive macro-level social progress.
Her leadership includes serving as the lead project manager for the Knowledge Family Initiative at AlAghar Group and playing a pivotal role in establishing the King Abdullah Bin Abdulaziz International Centre for Interreligious and Intercultural Dialogue (KAICIID) in Vienna, where she later served as Chief of Staff. She holds a PhD in Education, specializing in curriculum studies, from the University of Newcastle Upon Tyne.
 

Hajar Mashhour Al-Madoodi has developed a diverse career spanning content writing, project development, and emotional intelligence training. She specializes in leading workshops that explore the interconnectedness of the unseen and tangible aspects of life helping participants navigate their personal and professional journeys with greater awareness. As an author, Al-Madoudi has written three thought-provoking books and contributed to the creation of Ta’leef, an educational game designed to expand emotional vocabulary in Arabic. She is also a founding and board member of the ZAD Reading Club, where she has played a key role in fostering a love for literature and intellectual growth. Her entrepreneurial drive is embodied by Beit Meskiana, a ceramics and pottery business she established 20 years ago, which combines traditional craftsmanship with artistic innovation. Al-Madoudi’s work is characterized by a unique blend of intellectual curiosity, emotional insight, and creativity, which she applies consistently across her diverse personal and professional endeavors.
