The Help Center is a private philanthropic organization that is solely funded by Ahmed A. Al-Juffali Chartitable Foundation. It was established in 1985 by the late Sheikh Ahmad Al Juffali, dedicated to the welfare of people with intellectual disabilities. The Help Center believes it is important to empower individuals with intellectual disabilities to become active, vocal, and productive community members starting at an early stage of their development. The Help Center is a permanent support for the child and his family; it provides them with advice and guidance, by holding group sessions and meetings with the child's parents and family members, and by organizing workshops and lectures by specialists, both from the Help Center and from other well-known local and international specialized hospitals/facilities.
