Reborn Garments: Upcycling Your Closet Classics

Every closet has three things: a favorite piece you're dreading giving away, something you bought years ago but never wear, and an item that would be just perfect if you removed the collar, sleeves, or some of the pattern. In this 2-day workshop, you'll get to repurpose all those items in your closet into brand new, one of a kind pieces.

What will you learn? Through hands-on demonstrations, you'll learn to deconstruct garments, design, and sketch new pieces. You'll also learn how to embody a collaborative dialogue between designer and materials, using your intuition to guide the creative process.
