This three-day workshop introduces participants to the world of motion picture film, focusing on Super 8 and 16MM formats. Participants will learn the fundamentals of camera operation, composition, and the unique qualities of analog film. They will gain hands-on experience shooting with Kodak Ektachrome or B&W Kodak Tri-X film, and learn film development using portable equipment and specialized chemistry, including ADOX E6 and Kodak Tri-X. Participants will also explore editing and splicing footage, with their final work projected using classic film projectors. All necessary equipment, including cameras, development kits, and projectors, will be provided.
