About the event

In this workshop, participants will discover collage as a powerful storytelling medium. They will explore techniques for layering images, textures, found materials, and colors to craft visually striking narratives.

Through hands-on guidance, participants will learn how to blend elements to create meaningful compositions, transforming imagery into dynamic and balanced mixed-media pieces that reflect their personal visual language.

Requirement:

Participants must bring their own material for collaging (e.g.,family pictures, film negatives, found objects, fabrics, magazines, plants, portraits, and any photos they’ve taken.)

Participants will learn layering, adding textures, and using various materials to create balanced visual compositions.
