About the event
This workshop invites participants to explore the history and significance of ancestral and prophetic foods in the kitchen. Through knowledge sharing and culinary experimentation, attendees will deepen their connection to native plants and ingredients. After an engaging talk on these special foods, participants will choose an ancestral or prophetic ingredient to inspire their own recipe to execute.
Requirements:
- Preliminary culinary experience
Cookbooks will also be available to provide ideas and techniques for participants.
