This masterclass introduces participants to the foundational techniques of working with Gouache as a versatile and vibrant medium for painting.

The first day introduces gouache painting, covering the basics such as color mixing and exploring painting theories. There will be a focus on lighting and shadowing, followed by sketching exercises based on observation.

On the second day, participants will select an artwork from the Biennale galleries as inspiration. Sketches will be created on-site, and these sketches will then be painted, applying the techniques learned from the previous day.
