Following the performance Gazelle in a Mother’s Eye (2024), the artist Jumana Emil Abboud discusses with artist and curator Jack Persekian. Long-time friends and collaborators, their conversation explores Abboud’s new commission for After Rain in the context of her ongoing research into waterscapes as sites of storytelling and collective memory.
