Panagiotou is a biodiversity specialist at King Abdullah University of Science and Technology (KAUST), with experience in biodiversity conservation, environmental management, and sustainable development. With a background in marine and terrestrial ecosystems, she specializes  in biodiversity conservation and the sustainable management of natural resources. She has worked across environmental impact assessment, policy development, conservation strategies, and ecotoxicology. Her expertise bridges scientific research and business sustainability, ensuring that development projects align with ecological preservation.

MacIntosh currently serves as Sustainability Coordinator and Edible Education Programme Director at The KAUST School, Thuwal, Saudi Arabia. With a background in public and private K-12 education, biological and environmental research, sustainability, business management, and NGO management. 

In addition to his role at The KAUST School, MacIntosh owns a restaurant, event space, and consults on education and conservation and sustainability-related projects. 

Bukhari is a teacher intern at the Elevate program at the KAUST School (TKS). She is currently working with Dwain MacIntosh in the Edible Education Program, where she teaches students about the connections between food, sustainability, and science through hands-on learning experiences.
With experience as a co-homeroom teacher in Pre-K and working with students from early childhood to high school, Bukhari has led initiatives at the school in composting, vermiculture, and organic waste management, helping students explore soil enrichment, decomposer ecosystems, and sustainable agriculture. Additionally, she has led hands-on planting activities for students of all ages, fostering a deeper understanding of plant growth, sustainability, and environmental stewardship.
