Step into the enchanting world of miniature glassblowing in this introductory workshop. You will explore the delicate art of creating small, beautifully colored glass vessels. Through hands-on instruction, you will learn to manipulate, color, and shape borosilicate glass into timeless designs.

- Master Hollow Glass Manipulation: Learn to heat and control hollow glass using precise flame techniques.
- Apply and Melt Colors: Discover how to apply vibrant colors to clear glass and seamlessly melt them onto hollow forms.
- Shape Your Vessel: Gain skills in shaping glass into elegant vessels, using both flame and gravity.
Notes
Safety Guidelines: Dress Conveniently: Cotton clothes are the way to go since they’re less flammable. Steer clear of synthetic abayas and thawbs. Please ensure your clothing fits snugly, especially with long sleeves, to minimize risks and ensure your safety. Aprons Provided: You will be provided with an apron that must be worn at all times in the studio to protect your clothing. Jewelry and Watches: Please remove any dangling jewelry and bulky watches to prevent accidents during the workshop. Hair Safety: If you have long hair, we ask that you tie it back securely. Footwear: Closed, covered shoes are a must – no flip flops or sandals allowed. Avoid Perfume: Please refrain from wearing perfume during the workshop as it is flammable.
