Led by the Principal Ecology Specialist at KAUST, this talk offers an in-depth exploration of Saudi Arabia’s rich and diverse plant life. Through vivid floral displays and ecological narratives, participants will journey across the Kingdom’s varied landscapes including valleys, mountains, plains, coastlines, and urban centers, while learning about the unique traits and ecological roles of native plant species. Drawing from KAUST – Beacon Development projects, the presentation serves as a living archive of Saudi Arabia’s botanical heritage.
