A workshop that transforms the reader into a writer step by step, on a journey that takes the child to stations that empower them to put ideas and imaginations onto the pages of a KYMK activity book. Each page becomes a canvas for creating a part of the story.
This workshop unleashes the creative, intellectual, and imaginative energy stored within children, enabling them to benefit from and invest in new words and ideas. It allows the writer to translate values and gives them the opportunity to manifest those values in a story, thus opening a new window through which they can discover their passion, creativity, and limitless potential, fostering a belief in their abilities.
What will you learn?
In this workshop, children will learn how to write their own short story by the end of the session. They will develop key skills such as observation, idea recording, and creative planning, which will help them express their thoughts clearly. The workshop will also teach them how to receive and apply constructive criticism, find inspiration for their stories, and understand the different stages of writing. Additionally, they will learn how to create interesting characters, bringing their stories to life with their unique creativity.
Who is it for?
This workshop is for children who love stories and reading, helping them explore emotions, values, and creativity through reading.
