Join us for a 4-day workshop where you’ll go from researching ingredients in Riyadh’s hidden natural wonders to creating an ecological cookbook with your peers!

You’ll uncover and harness the power of local ingredients through hands-on exploration, literally and figuratively “getting your hands dirty” (in the best way possible.) From cataloging rare finds to mastering the art of cooking with the natural elements of fire, wind, water, and earth, prepare to challenge traditional learning, connect to ancestral wisdom, and unleash your inner child in this rare opportunity.

First Day: 17th of March from 6:00 to 9:00 pm.
