Join us for a 4-day workshop where you’ll go from researching ingredients in Riyadh’s hidden natural wonders to creating an ecological cookbook with your peers!
Who is this for: Adults
What you will gain: Embark on a journey starting with immersive research where you’ll trek through Riyadh’s secret wilderness and engage in outdoor cooking sessions. You’ll uncover and harness the power of local ingredients through hands-on exploration, literally and figuratively “getting your hands dirty” (in the best way possible.) From cataloging rare finds to mastering the art of cooking with the natural elements of fire, wind, water, and earth, prepare to challenge traditional learning, connect to ancestral wisdom, and unleash your inner child in this rare opportunity.

First Day: 17th of March from 6:00 to 9:00 pm.

Second Day: 18th of March from 6:00 to 9:00 pm.

Third Day: 19th of March from 4:00 to 7:00 pm.

Fourth Day: 20th of March from 4:00 to 7:00 pm.
